When I bright my car in I made sure the clerk made a note of my left muffler being damaged and falling down. You held my car in your possession for 7 days before the supplemental form was submitted to GEICO. Upon inspection of the form, I agreed with the additional charges, which included a replaced left muffler. Upon leaving the shop today after paying for my car, I noticed the right muffler had been replaced and not the left. Unlike the left, there was no apparent damage to the right muffler and it had never been included on the supplemental form. The left muffler is clearly damaged and is still hanging a little low. I am not sure why the replacement was changed to the right muffler or why I or GEICO was not notified of the change. I am not satisfied with the repair and I actually feel a little cheated that my car was not appropriately fixed. I have called GEICO to inform them of what has happened. I have also called your shop and will hopefully be receiving a phone call tomorrow explaining the mix up. I still have a copy of the original supplemental form submitted to GEICO showing the left bumper being included in the repair. My left muffler still needs to be replaced.

I was not notified the first time me car was delayed. They did not do the simplest checks to see if the car worked before returning it to me (honking the horn). The horn did not work. The fog lights electrical connectors were not connected. I have found that 3 bolts are missing as well as one other part.

Door wasn't flush with body. Can still see dents. Didn't touch up paint in other areas like I asked. Interior is now dirty because there were no mats laid down. It's okay though because it's a jeep right? Or is that the quality of work for every vehicle?
