DVD console on ceiling is not secured. 4 of 8 screws are missing and back screws are not tight. Also, back panel by gate is not secured it's missing grommets. Vehicle is dirty with hand prints. Looks like a wet towel was used to wipe it. And we were told it was getting painted and it was not.
