Chipped paint on front of vehicle. Denied it completely at first, then blamed a bad paint job. I've had the van for 3 years with no problems. Pictures they took themselves showed no chipping where now there are hunks of paint missing. Damage was not as bad as managers reaction when I asked him about it. Yelling at customers in front of their family is not good customer service.
