Body work looks great. They killed my battery while in the shop. Radio quit working. The hood was left unlatched. Had the truck started, who knows what could have happened at highway speed. One of the technicians told me they tried several times to charge the battery, and it wouldn't hold a charge( thus the hood not latched). When where they going to tell me? They had no trouble telling me "your battery was bad" when I questioned it. Maybe they just preferred to have you get stranded somewhere. Body work:10. Manning up/ responsibility: ****.

Instead of having to leave my car at the shop, Bill had the hatch part removed right after I got my estimate, so I could still have access to my car. The work was done in one day. Fix's is phenomenal. The closest i can come to anything constructive would be the paging service to keep the customer updated.only about half the texts were useful, which resulted in my missing an important one changing the completion date, which resulted in unscheduled time off and my scrambling to make everything work out. However it is my impression that is not entirely within Fix's control.
