I have not had an accident in 50 years. From what I had heard about auto body repair shops
I was impressed with the operation. The staff was polite ready to answer any questions. I was assured that I would be totally satisfied with the work. The availability of a car rental on site, I believe, is unique. The regular work process updates via texting was an excellent way to keep me informed. Most of all the life time guarantee on the work done as long as I own the vehicle is a very convincing. As a former CEO I believe that your overall business operation is well done. I will have no problem communicating this to any of my contacts.
