I specifically told Frank 2 things
The tinted windows
AND the purple pinstriping
He said OK.
My daughter picked it up and they told her they matched what's there.
No they didn't.
And it will be replaced with what was there.

There are a few small "pits" on my driver side rear door, where paint was blended in. These were not there before & I would bring back to get fixed but can't deal with the inconvenience of drop off, pickup & rental car. When the car was brought out to me the back seat was not in correctly.
When I hot home and looked at the car closer there were pieces in the trunk that were not put back correctly and my rear bumper had some deep scratches in it that I did not have before. I did go back to the shop and they said those scratches were there it is the clear coat that made them more visible. I use to work in a body shop and if there was a minor repair to be done such as that we would have taken care of the customer. In fact it's written on your board when you walk in that you want to go above my expectations. Well you didn't! Even after I bought the car back and you said your not responsible for those scratches I asked for a price to fix it and I never received a phone call.

Was told door had to be replaced...upon picking up my vehicle I found that the door wasn't replaced, Never received a itemized bill of repair...Glass shards were STILL all over the truck. Although I paid a 200 deductible I was expecting a much more thorough job...I will not recommend this repair shop to anyone....

There were still scuff marks on the car. We did not get notified of needing additional parts until I got text saying car is on time to be on time for the 14th I had to call and ask why the 14th when we were told the week prior. The car interior has such a Strong smell of paint. I cannot drive it without the windows ope . This us not enjoyable when its 30 degrees out
