Well 1st I would like to say that the secretary is a very nice sweetheart. She knew who I was the minute I step in offered me coffee, water, or tea. I thought that was a very beautiful justure.
2nd the gentleman who served me his name is Juan, he showed me step by step on how they would work on my car. Then everyday that my car was in the shop I would get a text message saying exactly what they are doing to the car. I thought that was amazing. The team that worked on my car was a fantastic teamwork. They also was done five day earlier and that was and extraordinary thing for me because I do Uber and needed my car ASAP. So thank you team Juan. For a job well done. I will tell all my family and friends about Fix Auto Repair Chicago.
