Daily texts last week saying it would be ready this past Monday, then bogus excuses for extra work and costs on the work I was paying for. After arguments the extra $250 or so was knocked off, but then $60 some was added back.
On the work covered by State Farm, more double talk related to a headlight resulting in another day’s delay.

Major repairs were done beautifully, but minor repair requests I asked for upon dropoff (touch-up paint on both side view mirrors and replacement of passenger side door trim guards/painting of passenger side door trim) were not done. I ended up touching up paint myself on one mirror today.
