The work that was performed on my car was great! Was slightly disappointed in the checking in process. Person analyzing my car only saw **** out of 6 points of damage on my car even after reviewing estimate details. Had to convince her that estimate included dent removal and painting not just painting even though it clearly stated in estimate report. I was nervous to leave car due to hearing that there could be a color difference with painting. If my family hadn't had previous amazing service before at this facility, I would have left and found another body shop. Would have felt more comfortable if it wasn't brought up since the work looks amazing!!

When I got my car back the remote did not work properly. I called the shop they advised sometimes it needs to be reprogrammed after battery disconnect. They advised me they would need to take it to the dealer for this. I made an appointment for today for this to be done. I dropped the car off at 10am at 3 pm they called and told me it needs to do to the dealer for this reprogramming and the dealer is swamped. I could leave it with them and possibly tomorrow they could or I could make an appointment in the future. I'm very fustrated because I thought today was the appointment. I live about 40 minutes away form this shop and went there because they were recommended. I am just not thrilled that it was not fixed today
