When I finally got my car, I was quite satisfied with the repair, the paint job, and the detailing. What I was not pleased with was the multiple delays: instead of having my car July 5th, it was finally ready on July 18th. I was put off with various reasons day by day - had I known it would take that long I would have rented a car. I understand parts problems occur - but after the 1st or certainly the 2nd parts problem, someone should have looked into it further to find a solution. Also, nice to get email updates but they don't say much: repair in work, due out a certain date, etc. Would prefer phone calls - which I did get sometimes, usually I had to call to get status. I don't believe that your appraisers understand what it is like to be without a car and dependent on others to go anywhere.

The car is fixed, that is the important part. I called yesterday, they told me it was done, I want to pick it up, it was not done. Frequently when I call, I have to leave a message. When I went to pick it up today, there was something sticking out in the back. I had to ask about it, and they said oh that easily pushes in. It didn't, then they had to take it back into the shop for a few minutes to fix it which took me away from work longer. For the most part everybody was nice. It just seemed like they were a lot less organized than they had been in previous services that I've had.
