The email updates were very helpful and welcome. My car was done when the update said it would be which was a pleasant surprise. Mike called me twice to inform me of changes that needed and even took some of the cost when there was some confusion about part of the work. The staff at C $ H even cleaned out the inside of my car, well above and beyond what I was expecting. I would highly recommend C$H Carstar to anyone needing auto body work.
