As painful as it is to have a wreck, and to get work done on my truck, Mike & his people make it way easier and way more pleasant. They set up my Enterprise (and had them pick me up on the drop off day, as well as let me leave the car there to pick up when I got my truck back), kept me very well up to date & informed when there were any issues or extensions, and always treat me we the utmost respect and care. And of course they did a wonderful job fixing my truck, it looos good as new. It's the small things they do though like leaving my radio on the same station and cleaning my steering wheel and detailing my dash/radio lightly that I really appreciate though. Where I come from they teach you to always return something better than you got it, when you're using something that belongs to someone else. Fairborn Carstar does just that, and I will go to them every time for it.
