Tim Ward was literally standing out in the parking lot to direct my truck into the work bay as I drove into your shop parking lot. He had a service professional standing by who opened the back door of my truck (with the broken window) holding a vacuum cleaner to start cleaning up the broken glass - before I even got out of the drivers seat. It was like a Formula One pit stop for Christ's sake!! The job was completed while I waited and the total bill came in below the original estimate.
