We have loved the way DFW Collision has repaired our cars in the past. Have always referred others to this facility. However, that changed today, 30 June 2002. I called to report an issue with the passenger mirror that was replaced. I was told to go to the kia dealership to get a diagnostic/programming/repair. I called back to speak to the manager. He confirmed that he had a conversation with the adjuster. They will take a look but the don’t want to waste my time, I should go to the dealership. He did say they will send an email to the insurance company, something Kevin had refused to do.
