Drop car off on Monday. I didn't get an estimate until Thursday afternoon, after calling the shop Tuesday and Wednesday and Thursday first. I was told that they forgot about my car. When I expressed concern about the need for many additional days on a rental car, they seemed uncaring. They only cared after I told them that my insurance didn't cover the full cost of the insurance. They scrambled to make amends, but too late a lasting impression of abusing insurance and poor customer service was made. I will not be a repeat business and will report my situation to USAA

My overall experience with this company was very satisfying. I was in New York because my daughter's father in law who was 52 years old was dying.
