This was my second experience with coles collision. I have to say I was more satisfied this time around. They also make the process quick and easy which was very convenient! I would recommend them and go back to them if I needed service on my vehicle.

Everything was great. Your employees were very friendly and understanding. That’s very important to me. The job was great. My car looks awesome. Really appreciated cleaning it inside and out. Only one suggestion and that would be your computer generated text had wrong info which was confusing. Such as giving me extra days my car would be there. But I understand how computers can be. Maybe no generated computer texts but have employees do it. Thanks again, great job!
