Joe and his team went above and beyond.
When it was realized that the parts were not fitting perfectly the tech questioned it, and a decision was quickly made that it was not good "enough"!
A new part was ordered, and even though that delayed my delivery I happily delt with that over what another shop may have done to push it out the door.
Being someone who has never had an accident that needed body work before the process was handled so smoothly. All follow ups with the insurance company were just handled. I am beginning to wondering what others complain about. I will surely be passing the word around.

When I went to Coles as directed by the insurance company for an estimate, I was treated so courteously and professionally and it was obvious that the staff I dealt with were well-experienced. Because of those reasons (and the fact that an Enterprise agent would be there for my rental), I decided to have the work done there too. At each step of the process, they kept me advised. When it was revealed that there was more damage than originally thought, Coles did all the work with the insurance company. I was VERY happy with the quality of work on the car, too! Very clean customer service area. Friendly, competent staff. Technical excellence in the repair. Can't say enough good about my experience at Coles.
