My experience with Buerkle was great from the beginning to the end. Sara especially was extremely helpful and kept me posted on the status of my car. If I need to get work done again, I will be using Buerkle and will tell others to do so as well.

Paul was wonderful and the repair was done much faster than expected.

Body repair was good, but during the repair process they caused other issues including changing the volume settings for Guidance (GPS), Voice Recognition, and Text. Other issues also occurred. This required us to take the vehicle to Honda Service.

I appreciate the hard work to complete the repairs with care and quality. Everyone was positive, easy to talk with, and friendly.

At first, I was very satisfied. I received email notifications on the status of the repair. My car was supposed to be ready Monday at 2:00. When I called to make sure I could pick it up, I was told that they were waiting on a part and it would be ready on Tuesday. That was fine - however no email was sent to me about this. When I called on Tuesday to see if it was ready, the man who answered needed to check and see where it was in the process and he would call me back. He didn't call and no email update was sent. When I called on Wednesday, I was told it was in the detailing process and would be ready later in the day. Again, no email update was sent. I called on Thursday and was told it was being detailed. I expressed my dissatisfaction about the customer service to the woman I talked to (me having to initiate the contact, no email updates, being detailed for two days). She explained that you were done a detailer - I told her I understood that things happen but I was very frustrated by having to be the one to repeatedly call about the car and not being contacted by you. I will say that once I expressed my dissatisfaction, I received both an email update and a voice mail telling when the car would be done. I am not writing this to cause anyone any trouble. I just wanted to let you know that what you promised me (status updates on the car) didn't happen. No need to contact me any further about this.
