Paulo was amazing to work with. So friendly, helpful, professional and kind. I felt confident that my car was in excellent hands. He, and the other people there, did a great job of answering my questions and keeping me informed about my repair. I can’t say enough, or recommend highly enough, how great everyone was. And my car is as good as new. I’m thrilled with the service I received. I hope to not get hit again but if I do, there’s no question as to where I would take my car to be fixed.

Everything was super straight forward, and Paulo was so kind to me when we were arranging everything over the phone. I had prepaid to have my side mirror fixed, so I just showed up at the shop and was leaving with a clean, fixed car 40 minutes later. It was a great experience.

Great job. One thing, please make sure to do a better job of cleaning up next time. The work done was to replace head liner; there was white dust from this process that I had to clean up by wiping the interior down, which should've been done by the tech.
