It was very quick and easy! Was a little confused with the rental car experience and that they didn't give you a lot of answers. But slalom and all it was good and the car looks good!

I had to bring my car in from re-work after I got it back, however, the staff was incredible throughout the entire process. Paulo **** was very helpful. He went over and beyond with customer service. He scraped off all the ice on the windshield/windows of the loaner car for me and even touched up my car and gave it a wax. To top it off he kept my car inside until I picked it up so it would be warm. I am very happy with the service and happy Honda covered most of the expenses even though the warranty extension on the paint malfunction for my vehicle expired.
