Csr was promised to be completed on a certain date and was not. Caused great deal of inconvenience and resulted in 2 days of lost wages (live on other side of the state and took off of work to get car, had to stay an extra day secondary to the car not being complete).

We were told the car would be done on the 26th. Then we were called and told it was not painted yet on the 26th, and that it would be done on the 27th. Our insurance company called and we where told that we could pick the car up on the 26th? In addition, I had asked for a repair to be done outside of the claim. It was not? I may have a billing issue as well. I sent Randy an email late in the day on the 26th.
