The only recommendation I have is to inform the customer if the battery was disconnected. I had an issue after the repairs but it's fine now. I'm not sure if it was coincidence or if the battery was disconnected. Otherwise, I'm very satisfied!

I am totally satisfied with all aspects of the service I received. There is no way that someone would be able to determine my car had ever been damaged. The car was ready when promised. I was kept informed throughout the process. Additional damage was found and Jason dealt directly with my insurance company so I wouldn't have to. I was very upset when my jeep was damaged in your care. But when the regional manager called and offered to fix what happened that showed me the integrity of the company to do the right thing. I'm grateful for that. If only the manager that I spoke to in the first place was not rude it could've been a better experience.
