I MADE ONE CLEAR, AND SIMPLE REQUEST...DO NOT MOVE MY SEAT IN MY CAR !!!!!!!! YOU HAD MY CAR 2,DAYS. I PUT A NOTE ON THE STEERING WHEEL. I AM ALSO TOLD YOUR STAFF MEMBER ALSO MADE A NOTE.AND I DID NOT ASK FOR THE CAR TO BE CLEANED INSIDE, WASHED OUTSIDE, ETC...I ASKED THAT YOU NOT MOVE MY F ING SEAT SO I DON'T HAVE TO GO THROUGH MONTHS OF MORE DISCOMFORT ON TOP OF WHAT I ALREADY DEAL WITH. I HAVE NECK AND SHOULDER ISSUES. YOU HAVE NO IDEA OF THE IMPACT THIS HAS ON ME.AS IT IS, I GET 4HRS OF BROKEN UP SLEEP A NIGHT IF I AM LUCKY. CHANGES CAUSE PAIN, STRAIN,AMD PRESSURE IN MY NECK. THAT MEANS MY REQUEST SHOULD BE MADE CLEAR TO EVERYONE HANDLING THE CAR INHOUSE, OR OTHER WISE....I OPENED MY CAR DOOR AND KNEW IMMEDIATELY, THINGS WERE MOVED.GOT IT IN, COULDN'T EVEN TOUCH THE PEDALS, MY STEERING WHEEL WAS UP TO THE SKY...BUT...MY NOTE WAS STILL THERE!?!? I GOT HOME....& CRIED OUT OF , KNOWING WHAT I HAVE GET BACK UN THE CAR AND FACE TOMORROW...I HAVE ALOT OF RESPONSIBILITIES AT HOME AND WORK.I CANNOT AFFORD TO HAVE PAIN SLOWING ME DOWN.I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION I WAS DEALING WITH RESPONSIBLE, CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED ADULTS...UNBELIEVEABLE...
