Everything was Great until there was a problem with paperwork at pick up. I can't help but take some of the blame as when the repair was originally started I was debating not turning the repairs in to my insurance but as other factors began playing into the decision We determined I should turn the claim in. This was not communicated adequately to your staff. All that said, Steve made a phone call and took me out of the middle of it! I drove away Happy with the experience.

It has been a experience that is worth talking about !
From the beginning I felt like I was in good hands and

Very impressed with the detailed and over the top communication your team provided from the first moment we had an estimate done until the work was completed. The only surprise was at the end. With all of the specific messages and expectation management I was surprised to have the car not be ready by the appointed time. 25 minutes is not a long time to wait so I am not dos-satisfies, just surprised.
