The updates were very timely but in my case the number of updates kind of worked against you. The original estimate was a Friday but as updates went on, the completion date was estimated to be early in the following week. However, on Friday afternoon I was informed the vehicle was actually ready. I think it was great to get the updates, but wonder if some communication was missing between the shop and the outgoing communications.
It was a very excellent experience getting my vehicle repaired there. Thanks you.
