There's no need to contact me. My car was in your shop for almost a month when it was promised to be 10 days or so. I ended up paying quite a bit of money for insurance on a rental car. I was usually the one calling asking for updates on my car when it should be the other way around. So, unless there is a way to compensate me monetarily, it's not necessary to contact me.

The repairs were excellent. The repaired area was better than new! Very friendly service, and the car was cleaned inside and out before it was returned. That was a nice touch, in addition to the great service.

We were quoated for far less money, out of pocket expence one insurance got involved paid twice as much as original price and the work was supposed to be completed in 5 days...10 days later car is finally ready got a call at 4:51 no way to make it there by 5:00 before closing. Lack of communication on progress was ridiculous.
