Front desk people were welcoming, knowledgeable about my situation, and the process. Mr Bourne quickly and accurately estimated the damage and kept me up on my the repair progress. When I picked up the auto the front desk had my paperwork ready. My car was clean... super clean! The damage was completely repaired. I believe that all aspects from the kind and knowledgeable ladies at the desk, to the estimator, the repair shop and the folks who presented me with a shinning car all made this experience positive.

I didn’t appreciate Steve’s response and handling of what has happened with my Honda Pilot during the service. I complained about VSA (Vehicle Stability Assistant) signal showing up on my vehicle after the service which wasn’t there before I gave it to auto body service. Steve responded by saying it is 10 year old vehicle and anything could happen anytime to old vehicles and this is one of such possibilities and Autobody USA Westside has no responsibility.
