Working with Bill was great! But the overall quality of the repair job was not good at all. There was a lot of overspray all over my brand new Fox suspension system. The black paint was everywhere on the reservoir and coilover. Whoever sanded the hood put a gouge in it and it wasn't filled properly. Overall the job was very sloppy and looked rushed.

I liked the way that there was clear communication involved in the process, consisting of not only verbal but text notifications as well. The text updates were really beneficial.
