I like the shop and the speed, quality, and friendliness. This is the second time I have used Mac's. The only issue I have this time is that the color match of the repair seems to be off. I thought it was just me knowing what was repaired, but upon asking others opinions it is apparent. I will be detailing the car this weekend to make sure it's not just an illusion, but if it is not I will contact you after the holiday weekend. Thank you again for the service. Hopefully there will be an easy resolve.

The experience was very pleasurable -from the very moment I brought my car in I was well pleased. The counter clerk saw me looking for change to buy a coke and he purchased one for me. Even other customers were very nice.from the text messages to land phone conversations I was and still am very well please.yes, I would recommend you to others.my only complaint is it was hard to find when I was told your hwy 311 location. The layout is very nice and neat. Not at all what I expected. All aspects of mac's automotive west is the bomb. You guys really got it going on. Thanks for everything.
