I just felt like they didn't have it all together. We got a run around from one of the men about them keeping the car to fix it because they said it was driveable and then the owner rendered it undriveable not to mention the man was very rude and acted like we were stupid. Then when we got the car back and there was several things that we had issues with but they just acted like they could care less I felt like since they already had the insurance check they wasn't worried about us being happy.
