My repair took 31 days due to a delay in receiving the parts, which I realize is no fault of MM. However, this caused me to go over the coverage period for my rental car and cost me out of pocket expenses. The estimated repair time was 7 days. I wish I had been notified early on that a delay was expected and been allowed to have my car back until all parts were available in order to save on the rental car expenses. I will likely use MM again but the situation was aggravating as we were held at mercy of the supply chain.

The battery was just placed but the wires were never tightened to the point in which the car didn’t turn on so we had to fix it ourselves. As for the door, it doesn’t function like it used to before, it doesn’t fully close completely unless a lot of forces is exerted into it.

Everything looked great. Issue has been resolved. After driving vehicle for 2 weeks noticed wiring harness hanging (4 ft section about 6” from ground) Called and returned to repair. Said it was for aftermarket light in truck bed.and was sitting on top of spare. Truck was purchased used certified at MM. Was more disappointed that it at least wasn’t wire tied after repairs. Now completed by MMC and satisfied

The Collision Center kept me informed regarding the progress of the repair. The vehicle looks great and runs very well. I am very happy with your service. I insisted that Milton Martin Collison Center repair my vehicle because you took care of my husband's Tundra several years ago. The other reason is my vehicle is from Toyota and I wanted to make sure that the electronics would work properly and I figure only a Toyota shop would be able to properly handle the electronics in the vehicle. Thank you for taking care my RAV 4-I really appreciate it.

I brought my car in for a repair quote. I never heard back. When I called after two weeks, I gave extra time due to Covid, my records were lost. Jason eventually found them. When I dropped my car off to be repaired, I did not have an update for over 2 weeks. My car sat on the lot untouched. After 18 days, I started making phone calls. At some point on Wednesday my insurance company left Jason a voicemail. He did not respond until Friday. And at that point the insurance company totaled the car. The process took over 3 weeks. I feel like Milton Martin Toyota Collision Center could have been more proactive and made the process smoother and quicker. It took me calling the collision Center after two and a half weeks to finally get the **** rolling. Honestly, the reason I took it to the Toyota dealership was because I expected quicker and better customer service than a mom and pop car repair shop. I have learned my lesson.

I've always love the Toyota, that's why I bought it for my wife. I'm glad that I was able to trust Milton Martin to put it back together again. You have a great team. Suggestion: you may what to take a closer look at the computer that keeps the customers informed on their vehicle. It's not accurate. Other then that magnificent job. Thank you.

Robin Bernier was very helpful. She communicated clearly and responded as quickly as possible to my questions and requests. She worked directly with Liberty Mutual and she personally ensured my satisfaction. Those who did the body work did a great job as well. The repaired section looks as good as it did when it was new. All of my interactions with Milton Martin Toyota have been very positive. I recommend them to everyone.
