When the claims adjuster met with me prior to the repair, he said that the emblems would have to be removed and replaced in order to repair the damage. I expressly stated that I wanted to be assured that the emblems would be attached in the correct place, etc. The Rav4 emblem is not level. It tilts down to the right. This is indicative that the car has been subjected to paint work. I was not afforded a walk around with the adjuster prior to picking up my vehicle.
