I was not proactively communicated with initially. I e-mailed, followed up w/ phone calls 3 or 4 times, finally becoming upset before I was updated as I should have been all along. I understand about delays & while frustrating, I should've simply been kept advised of status. Never underestimate communication when dealing with a person's primary mode of transportation.

So I got my car back Thursday and everything seemed fine it looked good so today when I tried locking the door through the little button that comes on the side nothing so I turned it on and back off to see if it would work and nothing ! Beyond pissed right now y'all had it for almost three weeks and to give it back to me like this is just frustrating ! I will be taking it Monday for repair I called today sat 08/27 and y'all are only open Monday thru Friday

A few pieces of my vehicle inside the cabin were not properly installed. I assume they were knocked loose during the detailing process, and I was able to fix all of the issues myself, but it is a little frustrating to receive a vehicle back from repairs and have to fix a few things that were not messed up when I dropped it off

All issues have been resolved, thank you.
I was disappointed in the lack of attention to detail when I picked up my car. I pointed out several areas that needed to be adjusted or corrected, which should have been routine in the service department. Items included improper installation of accessories and paint spots where they should not have been.
Again, these items have been addressed.
