Day of delivery, called at 2:30 and told by Robin that my car was in clean up. I took 2 hours off of work to drive over. Arrived 3:30- told car in clean up. I was still in the lobby waiting at 5:23. Random excuses, mostly still in clean up. I was sick and I have a vision problem and m not supposed to drive at dark. Took car home in dark. This weekend when it was light out, not happy with the fit of the quarter panel. Brought it to you to get a better result that this. You had this car 19 days and nearly 6,000.00 repair and I need to bring it back to get it adjusted or redone. Weld in trunk is sloppy and looks awful. I have not even had it put on a hoist. Very sad on how this has been to this point.

The repair started at 5 days then turn into 7-8 days then turned into a whole 2 weeks. If I wouldn't have called on the 9th day then I wouldn't have known when my car was finished .

Everyone was very nice, and the car looked beautiful. The problem is the car broke down on my way home after 10 miles. I was able to pull into the Kroger parking lot and called Nicholas. He sent a wrecker and someone to drive me home. They arrived quickly but my son was already there to get me. The car was returned to you and now I have to wait until Monday before I hear anything about the car. It is a little frustrating, but Nicholas has been great.
