My wait to see Robin was minimal and I was surprised at how quickly she was able to take my car in and have the secretary phone my rental place and have them pick me up. I think when I came to pick my car up there was a different girl out front that wasn't as familiar with the process. I asked her if she would handle calling hertz to have them pick my rental up and she wasnt sure they did that. I told her that I had called hertz and David told me that people leave the rentals with toyota all the time and it would be fine. I was concerned that the car would get dented after I left it but I just trusted that hertz would be honest and not say I had done any damage to the car because I hadn't. I think it would be a great courtesy to your collision customers if you would get hertz to train your staff in how to do a walk around/check list of damages when rentals are returned so that there wouldnt be any discrepancies. I want to say that Robin did what I asked of her about not calling me until the car was ready to be picked up, however it would be nice for milton martin to have an email system that updates the customer statuses like which parts have been ordered or jobs been done so far as they progress. Just a suggestion. My van bumper looked like new and I was well pleased. It was a downpour when I came to pick it up so it wouldve been nice for you guys to automatically have staff move it to the covered area is another suggestion I have. You did a great job Milton Martin! I hope to keep doing business with you in the future!

Repair took longer that expected. We were told 3 to 4 days. It took 6 days. And there is a rattle in the back-end of the car that was not there before. We plan on returning the car for further inspection by your team.

It was am awesome experience! I was rear ended and had some significant damage. Now, my car looks better than new, and they even washed and detailed it for me! Quality of the work seems spot on.Everything is back to original quality,they even detailed the vehicle prior to giving it back.There was a slight delay in completing the job but it was a Honda issue,not Body shop fault.(Parts delay) Wife is happy to have her Accord back.

Communication was terrible. I always had to call to get an update. Your service advisor would always tell me he would call and give me an update on certain days. He NEVER called once. Even the information he gave me was not always correct. He would get confused and which vehicle we were talking about. Because of this I would not recommend your collision center.

Great company as usual. Ladd was very professional and helpful. I had just hit a deer on Thurman Tanner road and I was really Shaken and upset. I feel it was obvious that this collision center did not have the expertise could finish the job satisfactorily I also feel someone used my car for personal use because of the mileage that was put on my car amount of gas that was used and there was something all over my car I feel like it was sap and there were leaves in my trunk
