The people from Patrick Autobody were very helpful, starting when I drop by to do an estimate. They accommodated me right away even though I don’t have an appointment. Also, when it’s time for my car to be fixed. They sent me updates weekly. When I picked up the car, the car looks like a brand new car, and the exterior and interior are clean. Definitely will recommend it to all my friends and family

Service was great. The time estimate of how long the car would be in the shop was way off (told 2 weeks vs **** day). although a good surprise, just wish I knew the actual amount. But otherwise great experience. Super nice and friendly and did great work. Took care of insurance and everything else easily for me

After installing my new windshield they parked my car under a tree that birds who pooped, no lie, 17 times all over my car! Yet, I couldn’t get my car washed for 24 hours per what I was told while paying my bill. My car has less than 10,000miles (I believe ) on it and I park it inside of a garage daily.
This is absolutely horrible and as anyone should know in the car industry bird poop is extremely acidic.
