Car repair should not be dictated by the insurance company. In my case, State Farm. I think it’s WRONG!

Noise not fixed.
I'm a little put off that i seem to be blamed because i did not pin point the noise upon first diagnosing. Whether or not it should have been inspected by the pros to what the problem was fixed and then test drived before delivering.i told them twice the noise was coming from the front right what areas of the car were addressed i dont know.

Repairs that were supposed to take just a few days took 2.5 weeks to be completed, and then I had to bring my car back in due to a new problem they caused. Thankfully, it was a quick fix, but I did not appreciate having to bring my car back for a dumb mistake.
