They took longer then I was first told. I had to keep calling to check on the status. When I went to pick it up the car was all scratched and had to sit and wait for them to buff the scratches out. Now we noticed that the head panel is all dirty and full of black finger prints and someone gouged the panel box that has the switches for the sun roof. Overall a very bad experience and i will be calling to have the head panels cleaned and gouge fixed.

My vehicle was returned to me without all repairs being completed. The insurance paid out $188/wheel to have them reconditioned and they have not been fixed. Additionally, prior to the repairs beginning, the collision center had no idea where my vehicle was for a day as someone had taken it back to the service center without logging it. I am highly disappointed in what has ensued given I have been a customer since 2015.

Not done properly the 1st time. 21 days to repair is way too long given the damage on the car. I my humble opinion. Start over with guys that actually care

You would do well to learn from the service department. Pete the service writer is excellent as well as their manager. The body shop really needs to review how they manage their staff. Good luck your going to need it.

My car was in to have the tire replaced the new rim had a large ding in it. Also my engine light comes on and it does not go off. It came on when I was driving the car home. There is no error message so I don’t what it’s referring to. There is also a strange thumping noise when the car is moving. Philip is going to call me when they have a new rim in and I hope to have the other issues addressed when I bring the car back in.
