Your business is my favorite and most trusted to bring my vehicle to. As always, every individual person I dealt with was great to work with. My vehicle’s time spent with collision repair this time was unacceptable however. I dropped it off on November 15th and I received a call on December 8th it was finally ready. I really would like to know why it took nearly an entire month. I truly trust your service however this time it was a terrible experience to go without my vehicle for almost a month. When I received the appraisal in October the timeline that was set was a full week’s worth of time. I didn’t really ever get an explanation as the weeks went on, and it just left a bad taste in my mouth. I want to continue to come back, I don’t think I would immediately however after this.

Your team is wonderful. They were so pleasant and accommodating. The estimate was reasonable. When the parts came in the repair was very quick. The only issue was that I could only drop off and pick up on Saturday because your hours didn't work with my schedule. However, they didn't have a problem with my car being there for a week until we could pick it up.

I spoke Anna when I arranged to drop off my 2019 Mini Cooper for the body work that was necessary to repair the damages I incurred due to an unfortunate lane change. I also spoke to Anna when she called to alert me that the work on my car was completed and I could pick it up. And guess who met me at the body shop when I appeared to settle the invoice and take me Mini Cooper home...yep, Anna again. You can believe when I say I have very high standards when it comes to how clients should expect to be treated under these circumstances and I'm pleased to say that Anna met my highest expectations.
