I was intially told my vehicle would be completed by 9/17. When the first text came through it had 9/19. While frustrating, I let it go. I received texts on 9/16 9/17 9/18 stating that my vehicle was on track and would be complete by 09/19. I called the shop on 09/19 at 10:30 to ask if I could pick my car after noon. I got a call back 2 hours later because my car was not ready and they would need another day. Apparently the part was ordered as a right side and not a left. Now I have to bring my car back in next week. I understand mistakes happen and things get delayed. However, It is unacceptable that I did not find out my car would not be ready a few hours before I came to get it. And I was the one who had to call!! What makes it even more inferiorating is that I received multiple texts saying it was on track and ready. If I was informed along the way, I would not be this upset. Very frustrated with this shop and the complete lack of communication and respect of my time. Feel free to reach out to talk more ****-****-xxxx.

Repair seems good. Picked up after 7 pm Driving home & 4 warning lights came on. Says see Toyota dealer. Guessing you didnt clear codes, attention to detail. I tried texting back & rejected. Called answering service with info ,& request for call...Is Car Safe To Drive? As of Sat mid morning. No Call. I called service again with same details, Is Car Safe To Drive?, & asking for a call. As of 3,:20pm, still zno call. Jim was great but Extremely Disappointed with service. We had a great experience with AutoBody USA. We were waited on immediately when we went there for an estimate for our insurance company to get our Buick fixed. Then we were given a date for repair which worked great for us and then we were told the car would be ready on a certain date, and it was done a day earlier. The car was washed and looked great when we picked it up. Great staff. Very friendly and made us feel welcome. Would definitely go back for any work we may need in the future.
