We were told the car would be done on the 26th. Then we were called and told it was not painted yet on the 26th, and that it would be done on the 27th. Our insurance company called and we where told that we could pick the car up on the 26th? In addition, I had asked for a repair to be done outside of the claim. It was not? I may have a billing issue as well. I sent Randy an email late in the day on the 26th.

Very happy with our service, and Jason was very patient and informative re our repair, as I had written down many questions to ask. He also said he would personally help me if I needed a ride to pick up our car.
I also didn't come to autobody as I thought you'd have the highest estimate (to support your large business / overhead ), but much to my surprise that wasn't necessarily the case.
