Appreciated the personal updates in the process. There were lots dialogue that had to be had between Autobody and my insurance company about updates to the repair work, but Jason Cosby kept me updated along the way and even though there was a slight error on getting the wrong part, he immediately apologized for the mishap and made things right himself and personally delivered the vehicle to keep the inconvenience as minimal as possible. Our truck is making a loud humming noise (sounds like a plane on the runway)that wasn’t there before we hit the deer. When we called about it they said that it wasn’t from hitting the deer. Which doesn’t make any sense. It wasn’t there then we hit a deer and it was there. I am more than upset that we didn’t get our truck back The way it was before hitting the deer. We talked to them about it prior to leaving the truck and they said they would take care of it.
