To be told that my car would be ready just to find out that it's only partially complete was a disappointment. The only text messages I ever got was one promising me I would be giving updates and then thinking me for using your company. I never received any other text messages, as was previously indicated in the initial text message. I first thought the whole text messaging idea was a great concept but unfortunately you did not execute it very well. If my car is just going to take a couple more days to repair want to just wait for it all to be done and then allow me to turn in my rental? It's a complete pain in the **** for me to have to take the time to basically pick up and deliver my car twice in the course of one week. That makes very little sense and it is a waste of my time. Expecting me to pay the full payment prior to the vehicle being repaired, as promised, is also quite odd. I haven't seen the final product yet, but it is highly doubtful that I will use your service again, based on previous experience with other body shops.

Poor commuication and took too long to complete a minor repair. The Ins. Co should have been called the first week. This was not done until I arrived to pick up my car and found out that only half the job was done. Very disappointed.
