Everyone was helpful, efficient and friendly. The work that was done was excellent. Although I realize it was a much bigger job than they and I realize, I experienced a higher financial loss due to the fact that it took much longer to complete the job than originally estimated at the appraisal. I am very satisfied by the work that they did.

I didn't have Rocco's Collision Center in mind when I need repairs to my car. They were highly recommended and I was happy when I chose them. Rocco's staff was very efficient and polite. They were very friendly also. They told when the car would be ready, kept me posted and had the car ready a little earlier than expected. The car looked beautiful when picked up. Thank you for a very positive experience. I would gladly recommend my family and friends.

Unfortunately, my vehicle needed to be repaired during this Coronavirus Pandemic. But Rocco's Collision Reed St; headed by Jack Cordoves & his team, stepped up and created a safe environment for its customers as well as the employees, with very minimal inconvenience. My vehicle was repaired and delivered without any delays.
