I'm grateful for that. If only the manager that I spoke to in the first place was not rude it could've been a better experience. My jeep was damaged while in there care. Whether they cause the damage or while in there lot. Scratches and cracked windshield happened on their watch and they refuse to take responsibility and fix it. Very very disappointing

After I had called and complained about the wiring to the blinker being pulled out of the harness (that you say wasn’t your fault). I hooked my trailer up and the lights on my trailer did not work. All this worked before bringing my truck in. Also I called to have the windshield fixed and nobody came to fix the windshield like they were supposed to. I will not bring a vehicle back there.

Didn’t receive my car on time. Almost 2 weeks late.
Poor communication.
Had to get my car fixed the second time because the parts were just rigged back together on the car. (Pictures).
Couldn’t drive my car out of the lot because they reset all of my codes without letting me know. The car was in limp mode and couldn’t reach speeds faster than 10 mph. I also had to take the car to the autobody shop to get it working properly.
