My only complaint is that the customer service from one employee who works in the front office is sorely lacking. I am not referring to the business owner Mr Boucher, but the other gentleman with dark **** hair. Perhaps he was having a rough day on the two different days I was there, but getting assistance from him was like pulling teeth! In addition, when The front office is empty, there needs to be a consistent method of alerting employees that a customer has arrived. Other than that, I am VERY satisfied with the professionalism and quality of how work that was done.

The staff from your repair shop were very courteous and accommodating in facilitating the process for the repair of my vehicle. They even drove to the rental facility to pick up a temporary rental vehicle while my vehicle was undergoing repairs. When my vehicle was ready for pick up on Friday, 6 April and I was temporarily unavailable to pick up the vehicle due to my three day out of state military obligation, your staff was again, accommodating and assisted to facilitate my extension with my rental vehicle until my return.
