When I went to get my car, there were scratches on my car that were not there when I dropped the car off. The lady made a sham of fixing the scratch, but whatever she did was not permanent because the scratch is showing through again.

I was asked to pay 84 for the non-repair of my car. Some of the customer service people in the office who work for Darcars Collision Center do not have the skills that is needed to satisfy customers. The feeling I got from coming here is that you guys are all about the money & money alone. This is what I got from the people who worked with me. I wasted 84 for no good reason. I'm glad I finally found a place that could repair all the necessary damages in my car & avoid being duped by the people in Darcars Collision Center.
