The timing estimates were not accurate - it took 21 days but original estimate was only 8 days. A part was lost causing a delay. I was called often but it did not make me understand the reason for delays. The staff were courteous and friendly throughout.

The attendant who took the responsibility for Setting my vehicle up for repair seemed very friendly and courteous.Looks like you wash my vehicle, which I am appreciative of, Even the Enterprise rental service was satisfactory. The timely text posting of the progress of the repair I think was a great idea. This is the kind of company I would appreciate working for. I'm impressed

I appreciated the text and phone announcements on the status ofor my car repairs. Improvements can be made on returning calls from the company reps. That was lacking when you I made an inquiry about some repairs. Chris Velez was very courteous and attentive whIle explaining the repairs made to my car during my puckup. Actually most of the front office staff were very friendly, polite and enjoyable to meet.
