When I tried to pick up my car repaired this morning, it was not satisfactory.

The actual repair work done on my car was great! Its nice your system sends update emails, but only if they are accurate with the estimates completion date as mine was 2 days later than the day quoted so I had to further clarify. I was told I would be contacted with updates as to when my car would be ready but had to call three times. Just a few suggestions for improvement but overall still satisfied.
