received car from scratch repair to passenger front and back door. door panels needed to be removed to complete the repair and window rubber piece was not replaced leaving gap where window rolls up. was told that a 70 y.o man worked on my vehicle and forgot to put back. was told to come back the next day to resolve. came back the next day... waited 1hr only to be informed that they could not find the piece and another needs to be ordered from Nissan and for me to return tomorrow...but call first to be sure if the part has arrived. As if having having vandalism be the cause of my claim and a 500 deductible being a financial hardship and an inconvienience wasn't enough. Now I have to take another day off of work for resolve. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!

While my truck was under repair, I noticed my front right bumper was loose. I mentioned and showed to Mr. Eli my concern for lose bumper and he manually pushed it in, which it should have never been lose, being that the arranged repair was the right back bumper. Mr. Eli told me to come back if I have anymore trouble with the lose front bumper. I did not notice at the time of Mr. Eli's inspection until I got home , I looked at my bumper repair and I see it was not a new bumper, this one has scratches. I will be going back tomorrow to show them .
